Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 


Responsibilities

  • HOM Furniture's Customer Service Representatives serve as over the phone support for our customers. This position assists customers by:
  • Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service technician appointments
  • Providing accurate information on customer accounts and orders and leaving detailed notes.
  • Managing order changes and requests.
  • Writing sales and taking payments on customer invoices.
  • Serving as initial support for warranty claims.
  • Customer Service Representatives serve as the go between for HOM Furniture customers and our delivery personnel and service technicians. It is important that customer information is relayed accurately and timely to our on the road personnel and support is provided when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education: Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.


Experience: One year customer service experience preferred.


Physical Demands: Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
