Responsibilities
Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service technician appointments.
Providing accurate information on customer accounts and orders and leaving detailed notes.
Managing order changes and requests.
Writing sales and taking payments on customer invoices.
Serving as initial support for warranty claims.
Education: Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.
Experience: One year customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands: Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
