Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes all of the following and other duties that may be assigned.
-Prepare invoices, merchandise receipts and payment receipts for processing
-Run bar code labels and attach them to the documents for scanning
-Scan the documents into imaging software
-File the scanned documents
-Purge the scanned documents once they have been posted into the imaging repository
Adheres to safe lifting techniques, follows proper training for learned job hazards and ergonomic risk factors, participates in departmental stretching program, and overall maintains a safe working environment.
Education and/or Experience
Must have or be currently working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and interpret spreadsheets

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data or figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, and using measurement devices.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
