Our Customer Specialist/Delivery employees work both in our warehouse and customer pick-up center, as well as delivering product to customer's homes. They provide excellent service to our customers and are great at solving problems as they arise. Qualified candidates should have a customer focused attitude and be able to work well as a team member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Maintain Professional Image  Unload Semi Truck from corporate warehouse  Stage/Assemble product  Load night before delivery truck for next days deliveries  Deliver and install product in customers home  Clean out debris from in back of delivery truck from that days deliveries  Service and work orders on previously delivered or picked up merchandise  Any other duties warehouse manager needs done around warehouse on "down time".(example). Sweep warehouse, wash trucks, do fabric protection and inventory scans.  Adheres to safe lifting techniques, follows proper training for learned job hazards and ergonomic risk factors, participates in departmental stretching program, and overall maintains a safe working environment.  Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Must have or be currently working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and have 1 - 3 years of related experience.
Language Skills
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Possess skills to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Mathematical aptitude to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
