This position provides customer service and office clerical assistance by performing the following duties:

This individual must be at least 16 years of age. Basic knowledge of a computer is necessary in order to punch in and out, check company email, and look up basic inventory information.

The position of the CPU Rep provides customer service office clerical assistance by performing the following duties:
The candidate must have high school diploma or be working towards general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training.
To be successful at this position, one must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Candidate should also be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Candidate must have the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers while effectively demonstrating the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
Individual must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. One must also have the aptitude to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for sustained periods of time, move about on foot to accomplish tasks, use spoken word to communicate, and perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.

Candidate must have the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. One must also be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
