HOM Furniture Inc is seeking an SEO Marketing Analyst with excellent writing skills in AP format. The mission of this position is to maximize our SEO and Social Media presence. This is a full time in house position that will have a more hands on and responsive approach to SEO. It will be responsible for all SEO and Social Media activities such as content strategy, content posting, link building, and keyword strategy to all major search networks. This position will have a working knowledge and can identify trends in the industry. It requires continual learning and fine-tuning to discover how this industry is constantly shifting. The SEO & SM Marketing Analyst will work on all brands – HOM Furniture, Dock 86 and Gabberts.

A four year Bachelors degree in Journalism or Communication. 1-2 years of experience with writing & managing blogs and SM content.
Requires skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Possess skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
Mathematical aptitude to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
