This position is located in Edina, MN. Embraces and takes personal ownership of Gabberts Brand to deliver exceptional design service in support of our clients needs/desires. Consistently strives to enhance the customer experience and is dedicated to design by creating beautiful rooms. Demonstrates effective professional relationship selling skills to assist Gabberts customers with their design projects and home furnishings needs, being the main point of contact, while partnering with internal and external customers to ensure the customers needs are met and company goals are achieved. Builds a sustainable Book of Business to surpass Written Sales Goals. Is accountable for Score Card Performance Metrics and fulfilling all requirements of Gabberts Sales/Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Strategy. Provides excellent customer service, making the design experience an exceptional one in order to build long term relationships.

Additional qualifications include:
Minimum two year Interior Design degree or related or equivalent (FIDER accredited school a plus). Four year Interior Design degree preferred. Associate or Allied member of ASID preferred. Minimum of 2 - 4 years of professional sales experience in luxury sales.
